Our voluntary return period is 30 calendar days from delivery. Your UK statutory rights remain unaffected.

Size and colour exchanges within that period are free in both directions. Email your order number to register the exchange; the replacement is reserved and dispatched immediately after registration, before the original item arrives back. If the requested option is unavailable, we will tell you and arrange a refund instead.
